Finally picked a good combo of duration and zone in a workout last night on Zwift. The time in zones and even HR were right on.

Time in zone for the week is good as well.

Found out the night time drinking was the cause of the little extra weight. Dropped that off for a few weeks and it's melted off. Time to drop that Zwift weight back down (as I was honest and raised it when necessary).
