Cannondale Black Lightning converted to single speed because person who sold it to me didn't mention the derailler threading was completely stripped.
It was my first bike so I was quiet ignorant of what to look for. About a year after owning it was stolen from my back yard and havent seen it since.
This is the only photo I could find of it
