Oh, another requirement is the ability to handle the 650b wheels on my wife's bike. They were put on to get 32 mm tires onto her old racing frame.
Again, I am fairly sure that any of the "entry level" smart trainers like Kickr SNAP or CycleOps M2 are reasonable, you may want to verify they accept 650b wheels but I suspect they all do.
