Old injuries have been keeping me a bit constrained on mileage and routes, for the past year or two, but I'm hoping to change that with a new (refurb) bike that's got
much lower gearing, more-upright riding position, shorter cranks, comfier fit. I'll start with a ~40mi/wk goal, hoping to get back to 100mi/wk within a year or two (depending on how leg strength comes along).
