My attire for rougher weather is the
Tucano Urbano Magic Parka. When it starts raining you just move a few zippers, without stopping. You also get a lining that makes it work down to -20C, the lowest I tried so far. Lightweight gloves are incorporated into the sleeves, etc. When it goes on sale you can grab it at 80 euros or so.
