As for the stem, you should be able to loosen the bolts and adjust the handlepost. I have my bike at work, so I can't really check until Monday for you. I'll let you know.

I'd probably like the Wasp better if I didn't have 2 issues I'm about to have corrected. #1 is the rear wheel seems to have bad bearings, so I'm taking it to my bike shop for a check-up. #2 is the brakes. They're too mushy. I'm going to see if there's a way to upgrade. Again, I'll ask my LBS for some recommendations. They've never steered me wrong.
I’ve been working on the front brake. It keeps rubbing. I thought I had it but then during a ride it started rubbing again. And I need to true the front wheel which isn’t helping.
