What Do You Enjoy the Most About Cycling?
The simplicity, and the peacefulness.

Same as back when I used to run distance. For me, I could don a simple jersey, pair of shorts and shoes, and (aside from some water along the way) that was all I needed for the next several hours. Could go almost anywhere. And could keep away from "the things of man." Trails, logging roads, old goat tracks, up in the hills, out onto the beach, along the river ... things get really simple when it's just you and the nature around you.

The bike's a vehicle and, thus, can't go quite everywhere I once could while running. But it's close. And, for me at least, it's just as peaceful. A great way to recharge the batteries, to let the troubles go, to just focus on me and nature for awhile.
