That 35mm Kojak he has on there is all you'd need for urban use. The 700c version grips like snot so I'd bet it would be damn near impossible to break the 20"er loose.
Another vote for Kojaks. I've run them in 20'' on my minvelo and my folders. Good grip and low rolling resistance.
