Let us know if you need suggestions for pedals and wheelsets. I'd definitely get something that is threaded on both sides for cogs (commonly called "fixed/fixed") which will make gear changes easy between warmup and training/racing.
Thanks! Right now my thought is to get Shimano 105 pedals and and the Mavic Ellipse wheelset, even though those China Carbon wheeelsets look sweet. At the moment I'll only have one wheelset so they'll be pulling training and race duty.
