If you do decide to buy it, then get the wheels trued up by a decent wheel person from the get go. Otherwise fix the other stuff as it breaks or wears out. Not knowing what the BB is or seeing the video, I"m not too concerned about the play side to side. Most BB's are inexpensive. Many shops don't charge much to change them.

Not sure what this bike is going to do for you or fix for you that the others won't. I'd want multiple speeds cycling the hills around your neck of the woods.
