Got in 39 miles out and back today with a 2.5 mile climb in the middle of it before turning around. I felt amazingly strong even with the front flat thanks to a goat head thorn about 15 miles in. I guess the extra trainer work and bike shop spinning class has made a difference over the winter. Temps were 39F with no wind - so it was a good day.
