I might have something for you. Cannondale ST-400 1989. Beautiful blue metal flake. Some chipping on the fork and frame. I had it built up w/ 10-speed Shimano 105 (130 OLD rear) but it turns out that 23" meant something different than what I'm used to in terms of MTB (I'm 6'5"). If 25" = roughly 60cm, I'd be down to trade. Pic below for you.
