Agree with the others that is likely worth closer to $200 but you could ask for a bit more and negotiate down. I'd be tempted to nab those shifters though and replace them with the cheap sun friction thumbies. They're good and cheap. There are other parts I might be tempted to nab but the suntour thumbies are the most valuable and easiest to replace.
