That's because flat mount requires an adapter on the front fork no matter if you are running 140 or 160 rotor while the rear only requires an adapter if you are using 160mm. Although I wish 140mm would just go away and 160 direct flat mount would be the standard on frames.

But I managed to adjust the derailleurs. The b-screw did the trick in the back and a YouTube tutorial helped me adjust the front mech. Thanks again for your help, mstateglfr 👍
