Replacement main springs for the early Suntour Cylcone are high on the
C&V wish list. When you first mentioned that your RD lost main spring tension, I suspected it was a Cyclone. One member here on bikeforums even attempted (unsuccessfully) to garner enough interest to have reproductions made.
