Don't over-think it.

Angles, fit, and finish are more important than stiffness, especially if you aren't clocking really high torque numbers.

I'd focus on finding a frame with great angles that's known to not have any of the common issues like seat posts slipping, track-end issues, etc... Those issues have sidelined frames with world-class stiffness such as the DF4, (early) TK1, Serenity, etc...
