I have measured myself. Inseam is 31”. My current road bike is 23” (58 cm) and it fits well. Straddling the frame, it just barely clears the family jewels.
So I could do 59cm but I think 62cm would make it uncomfortable. Also, I need to avoid a full acute race position due to a herniated disc.
