I have measured myself. Inseam is 31”. My current road bike is 23” (58 cm) and it fits well. Straddling the frame, it just barley clears the family jewels.
So I could do 59cm but I think 62cm would make it uncomfortable. Also, I need to avoid a full acute race position due to a herniated disc.
Standover is really minor thing for me but matters to some folks. May be post picture of your current bike and more knowledgeable members can advice on good range, general fit, saddle height,etc.
You may need to budget to taller/shorter stem, short reach handlebar, etc
