T-Mar. I believe I bought it in Washington DC in between 84-88. the shop and details are alas lost to time.
I still have the National Capital Velo Club sticker on the downtube. Served me well in many amateur races and then accompanied me to Ecuador for a few years.
the rear wheel is badly out of true; I've been advised to look for an ambrsio durex rim to replace/rebuild
