I started up a hiking trail about 6:30 am this past Saturday. Finally got to the other end of the trail, where my car was, at 5:30 Sunday morning. Didn't stop to camp, hiked through the night, got lost in the woods for a while around 1 am. 30 miles, 6 k feet of ascent, 10 or 11 k of descent.
I had a Monday mountain hangover.
