I generally prefer to buy locally (craigslist) and sell nationally (ebay). Better returns that way. The Giordana above: I didn't do anything more than shine it up and take some good pictures, and more than doubled my money on it, even after the cost of shipping, on ebay.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I took the plastic toe clips off, and put a different saddle on for the photos.
