meanwhile 6 years later, broke the corresponding tooth on the other side which will require the same treatment, extraction & implant. patched me up for now. I go back in 6 weeks for the extraction. a perfectly healthy tooth, not a mark on the historic x-rays & never a cavity. I'm too old now to be upset
