I'd go with period Suntour....a lot better stuff than the OE. Almost everyone I knew back then that had Grandprix and SC bikes replaced at least the RD with Suntour.
You could go with a better Campy group, but that's a waste of a good vintage set.....lots of Suntour stuff out there yet.
