I think this could be a deeper question....whichever makes you the happiest
(corny I know)....but if you get more enjoyment starring at the clean, mint condition, barely a scratch bike hung on the wall - do that. If you feel you would be happier riding it and enjoying the feel of riding a thing of beauty - do that.
