I ordered some pedals for my wife that they didn't have locally. The box arrived today. In addition to the pedals, there was a $150 chain guide that I did not order (and did not get charged for). Now I have to take it back to the local REI, and I can almost guarantee this will be a PITA for everyone. I do feel morally obligated to return it, and besides I have no use for it.

Heh! A few years ago I ordered one pair of Shimano SPD cleats from REI. They sent me one box containing 10 pairs. No, I never returned them. I now have lifetime supply of SPDs!
