When I don’t have time for a “real” ride I head down the local Greenway. It has some rewarding views.

My brother took this photo the summer of 1985. Colors Classic. Boulder, CO. Chris Carmichael pulling Greg LeMond up the “wall”.

My other hobby....walking 18 holes with other retirees M-F. Made a hole in one on a par 3 today. Actually hit a really good shot straight at the hole. Took one bounce and hopped into the hole. My second ace over about 60 years of playing golf. I hit the flagpole on another par 3 last week so maybe it was time.
I haven’t had a chance to ride this week and looks like rain & snow tomorrow.....and then we’re headed out of town for a week.
Getting the ball out of the hole. Nice not to have to take the putter onto the green!
Uno!!!
Ball mark where the ball landed and then hopped towards the hole.

Congrats on the hole-in-one. Mom had five in her carrier. She left us in March of 2017 AT 92. I miss her still but never could get the golf bug. It just didn't take. But the bike craze still has me at 68. Be Well, Bluesfrog.

This is one of my favorite summer rides right now...
But, it was a beautiful hike with my wife.
...And on Saturday I did my first club ride of the season. Good times with some strong riders. I was pretty much a wheel-suck the entire ride.

It was a nice day for a few thousand feet of climbing near home with a good group.

Not spring quite yet, but getting there. Rolled up the sleeves for 40 miles worth of sun on the arms.

A great ride to the coast with beautiful skies. Waiting for some much needed rain here in Southern California.

First 60 degree day of 2020. Great ride today! Temperatures are supposed to return to more March like weather tomorrow.
