178 lbs. trying hard to drop to 170. 57 and 5'8".

An insignificant 195 can't remember if that is pounds or kg.
We had about 350 folks respond recently to the age poll. I don't know who the first 10 were, but I do know that the curve was not evened out until about 100 responses.

That's actually a very good Point. One of the risks of voluntary weight loss at our age is a) people asking you when you were diagnosed with cancer, or b) people asking you about your divorce.
