Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

You will never know, but I would say odds are roughly 50-50.

If you traveled closely with another contact and they did NOT get sick, odds drop to 25%. If you traveled closely with another contact and they DID get sick, odds go up to 75%.

And that's what you get when you mix an actuary with a medical doctor.

Makes me wonder - at what point does one bother testing nowadays? Do you test every time you feel like you're coming down with something?

Good question.

It's still VERY contagious so I think anyone with a "cold" should probably test. I am hopeful that future variants may not be so stupidly contagious and that the whole thing will fade into the pathosphere.

They are still sending free home kits if you order, and they are readily available at pharmacies.

We have tests at home, but I was on the road. Since it never got past mild cold, I didn't bother going to buy one.

one option is a Lezyne Caddy Sack … available in different sizes

but obviously a good step down from the crown royal bag

I bought a bunch on Amazon for my rain jackets . They were around a dollar apiece or so for 6 of them.

Got my vax two weeks before my trip. Flu vax at the same time.

Thought you were happy with the other frame? When I've looked at Niner geometry they seem to be long in the top tube.

I liked the other frame a lot, but it was limited in tire width capacity to <40mm, and I've been wanting to run wider tires. I was looking at a few different frames, and I found a price on the Niner that couldn't be ignored.

I don't know how their other types of bikes compare, but the TT on the RLT isn't particularly long or short. It's pretty much spot on with my old frame for TT length.

I saw a Tic Toc of the new Campy E groupset today its a 12 speed, hydro braked, triple.

Edit; it's not a triple, there are 3 chain set options. I misunderstood the narrator
