Taken on Sunday 24 February ... the high on Sunday reached 36C / 96.8F, but it was probably only about 33C or 34C when the photo was taken.
And yes, it does look hazy ... that's smoke from the collection of bush and grass fires in the area. Fortunately, it rained today and that helped dampen things down a bit.
