They're all wide-range; I'd like a 10-36. Or even like 10-34. It's the same thing with their 12-speed cassettes; they all start at 11t and go rather high. My lowest gear is the equivalent of 44-34, and 44-10 is higher than my second-highest (and I basically never use even that). All this blathering on about supposedly "wasted" ratios in doubles and they still waste ratios in singles!

Mostly. For now. Some will be further processed into apple butter. Some are going into storage whole. Some get eaten right off the tree. There will also be cider.
