I'm 62. Age is goofy. Just do what you do until you can't.

Looking at the poll numbers with 250 respondents, what strikes me is the drop off in 2nd half of 70s. I can see that may be true personally.
So I will really savor this last best shot at everything I undertake.
Today is always the best (and only) day of my life.

76 has been a big deal for me. Though some of that might be the pandemic, no gym or group rides from when it started until June '21. Might be similar for others. It's been hard to claw my way back. My first gym visit, I cramped just squatting the bar for reps. We'll do a 42 mile group ride on the tandem tomorrow. 2 days ago I squatted 2 sets at 135 for 10 reps, could have done more. It's manageable but it takes even more consistency than it used to because it goes away so fast it's like being on a treadmill. So far, it's still worth it. Every year, weight training becomes more important.

I'm 57; not 'old' but just older than some. I never really felt my age until just a few years ago, but am determined to keep going the best I can for the foreseeable future & then some. Right now trying to rehab a chronic quad strain (yeah; there's my age creeping in again) but I'm fairly optimistic I'll overcome this eventually

I'm 66 and soon to be 67. Mentally I don't feel 66 but there are days physically I do. I haven't been able to ride in a long time at the point to change that now; so, I'm hoping riding again will make me get back the feeling of not being 66.

The other 2-wheeler. The one that can actually climb. At age 75 this will probably be my last Ducati. OTOH I'm jonesin' for another pedal bike. Looking at Basso.

I'm turning 53 in the summer and am just a recreational cyclist on an entry level hardtail. Mentally it varies. Most days I'm entrusted with the accountability of a 5 year old but am otherwise way too crotchety for my age.

Just right age to ride the bike, go fishing at the jetties and have a good cigar & bourbon when I get home!
