I have a mountain bike at a vacation house with tubeless and I have to deal with this every time I go there. Typically the bike sits 6-8 months, loses all air and dries out sealant. I learned to soak with warm water and go after it with a scotch brite pad. It doesn't remove everything but it gets 80+% and the rest is on so hard I'm not worried about it.

I usually am ready to remount right away with fresh sealant since its so much easier to mount with the wheel and tire are still wet.
