~4 lbs between yesterday morning and returning home around 4pm after our ride. Went through 8.5 bottles and ate a lot of food along the way, and STILL lost that weight. Of course it'll all be back by the end of today.... Otherwise, my weight doesn't seem to fluctuate much through the year. and I haven't lost any more than 2-3 lbs through this season.

6'2" and went from 212 in March to 197 now. Keep looking for that elusive 195. Can't contribute it all to cycling though, as I run 2-3 times/week and usually only ride a long ride on Saturday mornings. Diet has been a big part too...pretty much eliminated alcohol and really focused on doing 3-4 days at negative calories then eating more going into the weekend for energy for long ride, then back to negative calories for the beginning of the week.

Being well in my 40´s I cant get the pounds to leave me. I´ve done over 3000km this summer but the belly is still there. I gather I need to change my over all lifestyle (food & drink), but I wont. I´m fit and feel fine so I really dont bother. In my younger days I never gained anything...

I started riding last October and at that point I was 185/6'3". 4,000 miles later and I'm at 172 (and still 6'3", surprisingly), but that involved zero eating/drinking habit changes and also probably includes a fair bit of new muscle in my legs. Sometimes it's nice to be 25, I'm sure weight loss won't be such a trivial thing when I'm in my 40s...
