That's what I do when the neighborhood is too quiet. I ask my dog who's making all of that noise and she runs outside and starts barking at the dog two houses down(they can see eachother). Then that dog starts barking back and every other dog in the neighborhood joins in. It's actually pretty neat. You can tell they're probably talking about how bad the Padres suck.
