Big bowl of lentil soup. In about an hour, my coworkers are going to be cursing the non-openable windows in this office.

Noted.
The 50/40 cho/pro split takes a bit of mental footwork outside of staying indoors or bringing tupperware everywhere but I seem to get by on 50/30 or 25, not to mention I'm feelin better almost all the time. Starting to wonder if it wouldn't be more beneficial to lose weight on this style rather than no-carb.

This thread has turned into the weight status, not the eating status thread (I'm guilty of this as well). I think we need to start a separate thread.

i was so close to having a sandwich for lunch today.
instead, it was salad of mixed greens, grated carrot, capers, hard boiled egg, can of tuna, with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Into my 34's! I need to go weigh myself. I'm probably down 5 lbs, possibly more. Time to buy a scale.

Starving starving starving these past two days, heading off for lunch #1 now. Thought I could resist getting another veggie bun from Vanessa's dumplings this week but apparently I can't...mostly it's an excuse to have half a bottle of sriracha hot sauce.
Although I guess that when your vice is a steamed vegetable bun you're doing all right.

Guy at work saw me coming back in from a ride in my team kit today. Said it looked like I got out of an internment camp (the man girdle effect of the bibs is really quite misleading). Headed in the right direction though.
