Vintage elliptical bike. Red Adult cruiser - $250 (williamsburg)

I like about a 365cm crank arm. I was riding 410s for a while, but my knees started to hurt.

There is nothing I can see that is elliptical about the way this bike works, but apparently some people collect them, and it's vintage. I might be interested, but it's just not weird enough for me. There are two different prices on the listing right now, but maybe that makes sense in the alternate universe where these became the norm.
