Paying more attention to the buckles now I realize the material and design will lead to a failure. I didn’t even have the bag loaded down and it went! I will probably go with cut down leather toe straps until the Covid mess is over.

if there is a good shoe repair/cobbler they might be able to help. mine just saved an $80 belt that I have grown too small for (a first for me)

Campagnolo Gran Sport headset wanted
For my Olmo build I seek a Gran Sport headset (or an Olmo headset but that seems less likely.) English or Italian thread.
I have this pristine record headset to offer in trade, or a variety of Record front derailleurs, seatposts, axles, spindles, shifters, misc hardware.

I say the bearings in these hubs are newer because they're made in Japan and I got another vintage sealed bearing hub with them that had the same bearings. I think the previous owner replaced the bearings in all these hubs. If Lambert hubs originally came with Japanese sealed bearings I might be mistaken. They're smooth as butter in any case.

What's the width of that buckle? Do you have the means to sew leather? Cause if it was mine I'd clip that rivet, replace the buckle with a BETTER brass buckle and then sew an "X-BOX" to re-secure the strap (stronger than a rivet) I might have a buckle I could send you, not guaranteed, but Ebay/AMZ probably does.

WTT: 49T TA 50.4BCD ring for smaller

Hope folks are surviving these strange times. I have a used 49T TA ring that I would like to trade for an outer (44T or 42T) or an inner (26-30T). It doesn't have to be a TA, just in decent shape and 50.4BCD.

Looking for a interesting set of down tube shifters. They have to fit on standard Campy shifter bosses. I'm using ratty late model Campy NR shifters now, and they are fine, but just so boring. How about Zeus, Favorit, Gian Robert? What you got?
