I have a Carver Ti frame in that size that I’m selling. No fork. Fits 700 x 35mm tires. I can get you the rest of the specs if you’re interested.

Pic of it built up:

Paying more attention to the buckles now I realize the material and design will lead to a failure. I didn’t even have the bag loaded down and it went! I will probably go with cut down leather toe straps until the Covid mess is over.

Campagnolo Gran Sport headset wanted

For my Olmo build I seek a Gran Sport headset (or an Olmo headset but that seems less likely.) English or Italian thread.
I have this pristine record headset to offer in trade, or a variety of Record front derailleurs, seatposts, axles, spindles, shifters, misc hardware.

Thanks,
Brent

JB Weld a little metal piece in there and see what happens. You can't mess it up. Might want to haul around a toe strap in the bag for a while just in case.

Maybe you could find something here and have a cobbler or harness maker fix it to the bag:

Interested, but Im guessing it might be a little new for a 600 Ultegra group to be at home, and a little bit out of my price range . Shouldve mentioned my budget is about $500.

I have a spare leather strap from a Velo-Orange HB bag. It measures 20cm to the end of the buckle. Yours for postage if it would work.

They're standard 6000RS cartridge bearings, with the dustcaps in place. Many modern sealed-bearing hubs have an axle spacer with one wide end that covers the cartridge bearing, but I've worked on vintage Suzue sealed bearing hubs, and modern Formula/Origin8 hubs, that have the same setup as these Lamberts. Just two locknuts next to each bearing to adjust lateral preload.

I say the bearings in these hubs are newer because they're made in Japan and I got another vintage sealed bearing hub with them that had the same bearings. I think the previous owner replaced the bearings in all these hubs. If Lambert hubs originally came with Japanese sealed bearings I might be mistaken. They're smooth as butter in any case.

Ok. I thought maybe they originally had some thin, shiny dustcaps in addition to those rubber seals like Suntour (and others) provided. But I have some complete Ofmega ones that do not have a separate cap besides their cartridge seals, and they work just fine.

I've never seen any hub without cones. Maybe that's what you meant.

What's the width of that buckle? Do you have the means to sew leather? Cause if it was mine I'd clip that rivet, replace the buckle with a BETTER brass buckle and then sew an "X-BOX" to re-secure the strap (stronger than a rivet) I might have a buckle I could send you, not guaranteed, but Ebay/AMZ probably does.
Edit NVM, I see jeirvine has something for you already!

speedy stitcher is a good tool to have, had i not been thinking too linearly, I could have used it to do my own belt shortening

WTT: 49T TA 50.4BCD ring for smaller

Hi all,

Hope folks are surviving these strange times. I have a used 49T TA ring that I would like to trade for an outer (44T or 42T) or an inner (26-30T). It doesn't have to be a TA, just in decent shape and 50.4BCD.
I'm having trouble attaching photos or a URL, so pics on request.
Please drop me an email if you're interested. r3woods///gmail///com

Thanks!
Rory

Looking for a interesting set of down tube shifters. They have to fit on standard Campy shifter bosses. I'm using ratty late model Campy NR shifters now, and they are fine, but just so boring. How about Zeus, Favorit, Gian Robert? What you got?

In trade I offer some ratty late model Campy NR shifters, or maybe a discount on a saddle repair, or, I don't know, something or other. I have all kinds of crap.

I think I still have a spare pair of Campy dopplers and some Suntour Sprint microratchet shifters.
