[h=2]MATCHED PAIR Vintage Motobecane Men's and Mixte Grand Jubile - $950[/h]https://chicago.craigslist.org/sox/bik/5470419262.html

One can find men's Jubiles with frequency but not these Mixtes that often. Very good condition; I'd say a good deal. One wouldn't want to separate the perfect pair really.

That's a good price. I'm in the area. If someone facillitates giving me $400, I'll pick it up for myself.

Up for sale is my spouse's Centurion Road bike meant for a petite women. It has a 45cc top tube and 42cc seat tube. My wife is 5' and this frame would best fit a women from 4' 11" -- 5' 2". It is a steel frame with Shimano brakes, crank and gears, + Shimano clipless pedals. It has a rear 26"x 1" wheel with a Gatorslick tire, and a 24" x 1 front wheel & tire. It also has a Forte Women designed seat and a Cateye Micro computer (that needs a battery). This bike still has many miles in it and it is in excellent condition overall. For the money this is an excellent training or racing bike. Located in Chicago 60660
If I'm not mistaken, that was designed by Georgena Terry. I made the mistake of passing on one of these last year at $200. This would be perfect for a kid's starter bike. For $170 I'd jump on it if it were in my neck of the woods.

It LOOKS 56ish to me, and the measurements seem consistent.

That is just a bit too small for me or I'd be begging for a facilitator

Nice Mixte, the fork looks like it is a newer chromed fork and that makes one wonder. They have had this one up for awhile.

Motobecane bicycle, excellent condition

But the claim is '74 so very vintage; the brown may not look that extraordinary, a bit of the color of a woman's Raleigh Sports.

It looks more 55'ish, but still, unfortunately just a little too small.

https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/bik/5457935231.html $125 in this case, lesser known brand. Bike boom gas pipe and well preserved. Small. Time capsule but look at the painting on that head tube lug area, black, that looks pretty bad, spray paint? It probably is original, a bit bizarre.

He was an estate seller. He was offered $600 to stop the ad and sell outright, but decided to let it ride. He seems a decent guy, just not a bike guy.

Looks more 56ish-57ish to me. And seller says the price is negotiable. I'll be over there in ~7 weeks for work. If the guy would take $350, I'd probably take it, even as turned off as I am about the brakes.

I sat and watched the close. Someone had a high bid and someone else tried to snipe at the last seconds at a mere $15-$20 over. Hoping a BFer got it.

57-59 c-t is usually good for me, 56 would be uncomfortable. Curious how the seller was measuring. I just liquidated a ton of my shop tools collecting dust and have a nice chunk of surplus cash. Without riding this thing I'd be uncomfortable buying it though.

One did

I didn't think the bid was that high at all, not for what it is. I was surprised it went that low...and the max bid was considerably higher than the price at the bell.
