If I put different wheels on it, it might almost say "I'm waiting for you to steal it, so I can stalk you to your hovel and wrap you in my other rolls of tape." On the other hand, it is Natick.

Basically my dream bike. I've been looking for one of those chromed out 4000's for a while. Looks a tiny bit too big, but wow

Not sure this is really a classic, what with it's tig welded (aluminum?) frame and all, but as I recall, Simonetti is what Medici morphed into at some point. Mostly I toss this out there for posterity's sake.

Don't know how strictly it's enforced, but posting your own 'for sale' bikes on this thread is verboten. There's a separate subforum for appraisals and a for-sale thread for paid subscribers.

Unfortunately this one got away. The seller responding saying that a "very happy fellow" from the Twin Cities picked it up this morning.

This is an u-u-u-gly bike, but those parts are just begging to be stripped off and lovingly repurposed on a nice C&V frame...

Kinda look like prototypes to me. If so, they might be worth some serious coin.

They really are kind of impressive. The body seems to be hand-welded to the braces. Fairly innovative as well. I'm guessing they are from the 1980s. Back then weren't almost all (or all) pedals still using 15mm wrench flats? When did allen key pedal attachment come into use?
