Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

OK, I see some better quality stuff now. They must have had the merchandise organized by popularity or something like that. My bad.

Diamondback has a Black Friday sale going on - the most compelling bike on sale IMO is the Haanjo Carbon Comp @$1320 - carbon frame, 105 levers and derailleurs, mechanical disc brakes, HED OEM wheels.

23 & 25 are still showing up as $29.95. Only the 20 is showing at $39.

Continental Grand Prix 4000S II Black - Tires - Wheels, Tires, Tubes - Components

EDIT: I just put one of the 25s in my cart to see what price showed up and it was at $34.95. Seems the pricing on their web site is all over the place.

I was actually thinking the $29 was a typo and should have been $39 to start with.

Thank you again for this. I just got to use these for the first time and they are awesome! Did you ever get your size issue resolved with these? Just asking because if you got mediums and they don't fit, I'd buy them from you

The $20 off $75 or more code is the same for everybody: 1117

The code is good for the rest of the weekend. Finally got a storage rack I have been wanting. It was 50% off last year, but 40% off plus $20 off is a better deal.

Great deal on Honey Stinger waffles. They are out of lemon, which is what I wanted. I automatically ignored the gluten-free version since I don't believe in fad diets, but they are only a dollar more and have other flavors. Would have purchased some, but it was too late.

I just looked and they are now $35, which is a good price for these tires.

PS. The 25s on wider rims will measure just under 28mm, so watch the width.

I got the Nanoflex knickers.

Sized way up and XXL fits me fine. Have been riding them in the woods of North Georgia and am very happy with them as well.

Glad you are enjoying them. $89.99 is a great deal and they are now $150 everywhere.

Kitsbow Geysers Jersey - price is down to $76.05
https://www.kitsbow.com/collections/...geysers-jersey

Really nice, high-end merino blend jersey. Classy low-key branding and some nice touches like water resistant pocket linings and a zippered chest pocket.

VCRC Bike Performance Upgrades has some things on clearance that may be of interest.

VCRC PRO Stem - Clearance: $20

I just ordered one in 110mm length. I'm riding 100mm right now and feeling fine, but I wanted a 110mm stem to try out as I continue losing more weight and feel increasingly better in a lower-tucked position. For $20 I couldn't afford not to buy it. I would say there's nothing particularly unique or special about these stems. They look and weigh about the same as everyone else's alloy stems of that length that typically sell for $90+.

They have some other things in their clearance that may be interesting, like ceramic bearings for various purposes. They've got 6902s whose normal price was $40 going for $15. These are used in the hubs I ordered for my new wheel build, and I'm tempted, though I probably will skip them.

If you don't mind, what size do you normally wear? These are a second layer of skin, like peeling them off. But I can fit them.

I got them at $108, 5’11” 165 lbs and the size medium fits great. I’ve worn them twice so far and love them.
