I'm gonna hold out a little while. The bike is completely original, except the one crank arm.

Um, I do need something that I had thought I had but don't and so need it. I need one of those little AFA pump umbrellas or similar. Otherwise the Bertin had better not ever get a flat when I'm miles from home.

I'm looking for some North Road handlebars.
I have handlebars in just about every other style, one of which I can offer in trade.
Not looking for high-value handlebars, and I may not have any for exchange, either, but then again, I may.

Do I already have your address here somewhere? I should, right? Better sent in anyway, though.
JV
Later edit: Darn, how fast do you have to be around here to give something away? If anyone else needs one of those pump umbrellas, let me know.

I will try not to be greedy about my karma. True generosity is letting someone else be generous. Or something.

I need one of these brake adjusters for Dia-Compe side pulls. This particular brake is a 500, but I wouldn't be surprised if they used the same adjuster on all their side pull brakes back in that era--mid-80s I guess? I have various small trade goods if you've got the adjuster.

Hi Tim,
Thanks, but I'm all set--brian3069 is sending me one. You don't need one of those little AFA pump umbrellas, though, do you? I've got one (see preceding few posts.)

ISO: Araya 27x1 1/4 alloy 40 spoke rear wheel w/6 (but obviously can adapt on that part to take what I can get). Would take a wheelset, if I had to, but just looking for rear.
For trade: I don't have a ton, but have some stuff of good worth, including some pretty good d/rdr combos. Other things to of course, and could discuss options if someone out there has the wheel.

For trade: NOS, in box, Suntour XC rollercam brakes. I got these for a project, but my needs have changed. I'm looking for either a set of Tektro ergo brake levers (RL340), Suntour barcons, or a decent 6 speed rear derailer (Suntour XC, Shimano Deore), or a combination of any of those things. Happy to provide pics on request.

Have: Black Brooks b17 with copper rivets and copper rails and a Honey Brooks Professional with copper rivets and rails. Both are like new.
Want: A 1950s or 1950s looking springer saddle (the more springs the better) in great shape. Rebuilt/reconditioned OK but must be professionally done.
GONE! Traded away!

Trying to avoid buying two pairs of fenders to get the needed sizes for this. So I'm hoping someone has a couple orphans...
ISO:
1 black 26" SKS (or similar) fender, to fit a 32mm tire.
1 black 700c SKS (or similar) fender, for a 32 - 35mm tire.
Have:
A handful of odds and ends.
