I used to but then I got into the very late breakfast scenario. Sometimes, if I keep active, I can go til midday without eating. This system works better.

Stragglers are not uncommon, but here there is always the likelihood of seeing the resident Peregrines.

Also no, all birds don’t migrate south, some of the arctic species consider the 48 to be quite comfy. These are your HTFU species.

Kudos. I had 2 Trader Joe's Vegetable Burritos, now going to have some almonds and dried figs.

I might have decent riding weather this weekend, but it looks like my time is running out. I kind of want to make a run at 6k for the year, though, and currently need ~850. That could be a tall order if things ice over in the next couple weeks.

They are predicting good weather for us this weekend. I am planning a semi-epic 80 mile ride on Saturday with a handful of friends. If I am really ambitious I will ride to/from the start for a full century.

That's one of the problems, the pictures are terrible
Its a weird one.
Cinelli BB shell with over-bb cable guides and one set of bottle cages seems to suggest maybe early 80s. Braze on centerpull bosses, rack and fender mounts, and cable stops on the DT suggest a touring frame for use with bar end shifters.
Judging by the style of the cable stops and the centerpull cable hangar I'm thinking it's a British frame of some kind, but other than that there's no ID. 3 digit serial number on the dropout is kind of making me think this might be a custom of some sort.
The lugs and the centerpull bosses are what's got me excited, although there's a decent amount of surface rust around the BB and chainstays.

It looks like something I would put clear nail polish, or some clear coat on, then ride it like I stole it.

The apparel doesn't sound too far off, depending upon the jersey - does it have decent wind-blocking? I mentioned recently but, to me, that's prime Rapha Core Winter Jacket weather (with SS base), though I'd need to partially unzip above the mid-30s or get too toasty.

That's all Greek to me, but I fully support the acquisition... unless it would delay a crabon go-fast bike.
