The pump was custom built by Bruce Gordon Cycles. I bought two of them… Figured I'd never find anyone else to make a titanium frame pump ever again!

It's a custom titanium fork made by Ti Cycles Fabrication in Portland. They made the stem as well. It's obviously a quill stem, but it has a 31.8 mm handlebar clamp with removable faceplate to accept modern handlebars. Ti Cycles also retrofitted the S&S couplers.

True. Also, the head tube went from 1" to 1.125", the down tube cable stops were moved to the head tube, and it now uses a separate seatpost binder clamp. But, it does retain the level top tube, and the geometry looks the same to my eye.

Thanks for all the positive responses! But... The Merlin is still not in it's final form. The next big change is top secret for now, but if it happens possibly by next spring, I'll repost the fully realized concept.
