If I ride anywhere it'll be to the store - and that's something along the lines of three miles. I'm feelin' pretty good about the numbers this month.
Got on the scale this morning and so far I'm down 18 pounds. I'm a happy fellow!

Well this month sucked. 186 miles MTD with 5610' climbing. Got busy with work and now it's 105* and am only getting 15-20 mile rides in. I'll be over 200 miles but was hoping for 300.

I got in 25.6 this morning, jound some new roads to ride on while I was out! June total so far - 320.8. I'm very happy with that, I'm going to try to get a few more rides in before the end of the month. I've beaten my monthly goal every month this year so far.

Last month I did 535 miles. This month started off slow due to a death in the family, but I came back strong. As of today I have 512 Miles. My only goal is to do more than last month. Temps supposed to hit 100 around here (I love it hot when riding). I have three more days, and my normal day is 25 miles. I might even push myself Saturday and see if I can hit 600.
The fact I got a new bike last week makes it even better
The Crux takes a little more effort with the lower gearing and bigger tires, but I like it. My Madone is still great, but sometimes I need a little more rubber on the rim for some less than perfect roads.

Took a spill yesterday trying out new pedals, fell and got road rash and a sore shoulder. Got up and rode 10 miles , but I still think I may fall short of 250 . Think I'll take off today and Friday, as temps will be at 100 when I commute home . Alsoshould let the shoulder and pizza elbow heal .

AND that's it for me. I am 30 days away from a major exam and all non-related activities must be on hold for now. Too bad I wasn't able to reach my June goal though, but I'm actually quite happy I've only missed by 80 miles considering the weather condition sucked this month.
