Your cog is slipping.
As much as I love Leaders, I have no idea why so many people build them up like this:
And who are the 279 fools who "liked" it?
edit: I just noticed the Aerospoke is backward too. Icing on the cake.

Dude's got it backwards. You're supposed to have the B43 on the back and the Aerospoke on the front. n00bz

Aero stuff behind peddling legs is like an ocean kayak assisting an oil tanker.

I was biking on campus today, and just as I was turning in to park my bike, I saw a guy enter the bike rack on a fixie, start skidding, and failing to completely stop, his bike ended up hitting the bike rack, and he just about flew over his bike (he would have done a somersault into the trees if he wasn't using strapped pedals, instead he just hit his testicles on the toptube of his bike. I parked my bike, and remarked, "ah, a fixie", he retorts, "what about it"?, I replied, "nothing, you just practically crashed" "no i didn't, mind your own ****ing business ******". Falling/crashing on a bike, dusting yourself off, seeing if you/the bike is okay and biking off is one thing, but does a crash really wound someone's pride so much that a person has to use such harmful words to defend their ego? If you can't consistently stop on a fixie without being a danger to yourself/others, maybe a freewheel and brakes of some sort are a better idea. I'm not quite sure what he was riding either, it appeared to be a repainted steel frame with zipp 808's without the logo decals.

Some people can ride a fixie just as well as a bike with a cassette/freewheel and brakes, but if a person can't stop before flying into the bike rack at moderate speeds, maybe they should have spent the money that they used on the zipp 808's for some brakes.
