No sign of forced entry but that door lock wasn't too robust anyway whether it was locked or not. Contacted the police. Losing that set of wheels sucks so bad.

I arrived at work today to see a personal gift from a close co-worker/friend, a Starbucks gift card from the sales team. and even an Amazon gift card from an important customer/cleint that I have been working with closely since June. The customer went as far as to ask for my mgr's email address so he could give me some positive feedback.

Wow! Couldn't be happier with the way things are going at work right now.

Happy holidays everyone!!!

Sorry about the lost bikes, 50. That really sucks. Today I went out for a 20 mile ride before work, getting back in the groove.

And today I did a 20 mile FG ride. Starting to really like riding fixed on the road again. Need to get some 25c tires on it, but the bike just fits me better than my road bike and feels great to ride.

I love how mine rode on the street although it is a bit stiffer than my old TK3.

That bike always confuses me. Some years it looks different from the TK2, and others (like the current one) it seems like the frame is pretty much identical.

Thinking about building a Wabi. Also considering getting a geared bike. Really just wish I had those bikes back dammit.

Today I am putting in some serious contemplation on moving somewhere warm. Currently 5°F, feels like -2°F even with the sun out. High of a balmy 10°F and a low tonight of -6°F. We got 4" of snow blowing snow yesterday with squalls and wind gusts up to 40mph making it a total whiteout.

Been a pretty mild winter in Denver. Lows in the 20's and highs in the 40's. Perfect weather to romp around the snow in. Plus sized tires + snowpack = lots of intentional oversteer.

Went out for a fixed road ride, 25 miles, 1500' climbing. Had to stop a couple times going up the main climb on the route because my heartrate kept spiking, but made it up. Gonna start doing more FG climbs, it's terrible but kind of addictive.
