Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Tipped up bars and brakes don't bother me at all . . . everybody's different.

So glad this thread is back, I probably wouldn't even come to BF if it was closed permanently. Everyone is a newb at one point, it's like a right of passage to get flamed at first. We've all been there, but since when do we have to be babied!

But I do agree that it should be done with a certain level of respect. Cheers

Linksey = HOT, so glad you ditched the white spokes. Black or polished are the only options for spokes IMHO

If it wasn't for the extra long swoopy derailleur cable needed for SRAM... But that's a different conversation! Still hot

Blue caad9 frame is always hot (too me). I could care less about your bar height cause that's a personal fit issue, but those tires are not

Thanks! I agree on the tires but I'm working with a budget and those are brand new Michelin race tires so I'm gonna run em for a little bit at least. I paid 525 + my sweet 48cm giant cadex 980c so I felt like I got a good deal!
