I wear what I can afford and is comfortable for me. My bike is a GT, my helmet is a Schwinn, my gloves are Giro & Pearl Izumi, my rack is a Blackburn, my pump is a Topeak, &c. Sure, it would be nice to have matched kit, but that is a luxury.

I think having an OCD of having to choose one or two brands and using only their products is a heavy weight. (And weight matters a lot in cycling ) You really have to just look at the role you have to fill individually and choose the best, or best value. ***Trolling Disclaimer: There are situations where certain products choices are to be considered togeather, because they are better to work well together. Or maybe they have to work together.***
The brands in my garage and closet are
Bikes: Raleigh (Accell), Lapierre (Accell), Marin
Pedals/Shoes: Shimano
Custom Components: Ritchey, PRO (Shimano)
Accessories: Blackburn (Easton), PRO
Tires: Continental, Schwalbe, Clement (Accell)
Helmets: Giro (Easton)
Tools: PRO, Irwin, Kobalt (WalMart), Pedro, Kool Stop
Chemical Choices: Finish Line (Du Pont), Super Lube, Boeshield, Permatex, Morgan Blue, WD-40, CRC, LubriMatic
Pump: PRO, Topeak
Clothes/Gloves: Pearl Izumi (Shimano), Giro, Louis Garneau, PrimalWear, SmartWool
There are many more brands, but these are just the ones I could think of off the top of my head. I do have some brands I refuse to own due to previous experiences though.
