Me racing in a duathlon last week. I look happy as a clam on my bike. Someone got a picture of me running a few minutes later, and I looked miserable. Wonder what I should take from that.

I wouldn't get the amount of drop I would want with a bigger sized production frame.

Pretty much the whole race. lol. I lapped the 2 riders immediately next to me in the start photo around lap 15 and I almost caught a 3rd. Far left guy in the start photo was the RD and he peeled off halfway to get video of the other riders.

Lol. There isn't much of a fixed gear scene where I am at, but I would love to enter more races. This was my first and I am kinda glad it was a small field to get me wheels wet with. A nice confidence boost too. lol

Is there a track near you? Also, there's always road bike racing

Closest track is Miami, which is about 300 miles away from me. lol
I only have the fixed gear bike right now, but certainly like riding enough to justify another bike with gears. If only my wallet would do the same. lol
