Yeah, I was already on his right because of the dumb move to center, so when he started turning I had nowhere to go but further right. Zipped past and gave a loud "YO!" Luckily he was going pretty slow or it would've been bad.

With an oppressive high of 102F and 91% humidity today, I longed for the St. Bernard ride of this past winter.

Yeah, that was fun to watch. I guess you don't get to the Olympics by not knowing how to ride a bike.

The faces of the people in the stands are priceless.

Today I am pretty sure that a suicidal rabbit was successful. There is blood and hare (sic) on my rear wheel. I have bladed spokes. I was doing 25+mph down the empty MUP after midnight. He thought he could make it across. He never stood a chance.

Now I REALLY want to see the whole video. Based on the pics and video available right now, the French rider looks like a supreme ******tte.

When I lived in Limburg, I used to hear the Dutch and Belgians say about each other, "When those b@$tards are born, they come out wheels first!" This confirms the Belgian claims.

Definitely knows how to handle the banks better than

Olympic men's track cycling finals and the Omnium day 1 are on right now.

Edit: sorry, maybe not right now but the guide says that it is tonight.

Yeah I can't for the life of me figure out why the French rider went so far up the track. I'm guessing she just lost control and was leaning on the Dutch to avoid going down.

Looks like the french rider was bumped and struggled to stay upright when the rider and black and the rider in yellow/orange tangled and crashed.

Rode my first century last weekend. The Lemond was the perfect ride.

Also, got the MX Leader built up. Borrowing a 27.0 Ritchey seatpost, but have a Thomson Elite coming in the mail. Next I will decide between the current (vintage-ish) Selle Italia Flite or a Brooks Cambium C13. Build specs @ Pedalroom.

Congrats on your fist, and done in style too!

Today I stepped on the scale for the first time in a month or two. Down five pounds.

Already knew it based on the way my clothes were fitting but was nice to see the actual number.

I gained weight this weekend, so many damn snacks on the century.

Still down 30 overall from 245 in January 2015 when I decided to go whole hog on cycling. Would like to be closer to 200.

Probably one of the casing plies ruptured.
